摘 要:为探究动载荷作用下油膜的动态特性,考虑齿轮时变啮合刚度的激励作用,基于动力学理论,建立齿轮系统动力学模型,分析动载荷与静载荷作用下齿轮系统的弹流润滑特性;同时,基于弹流润滑数值解,建立油膜的刚度模型,通过对油膜刚度的求解,验证动载荷作用下油膜的动态特性。研究表明:基于动力学模型进行弹流润滑的求解时,油膜压力和油膜厚度均表现出一定的动态特性,且不同载荷和齿轮转速下的振幅和振频不同;随着载荷的减小和齿轮转速的增大,油膜的刚度减小。In order to investigate the oscillation characteristics of the oil film under the action of dynamic load,considering the excitation effect of the time-varying meshing stiffness of the gear,a dynamic model of the gear system is established based on the dynamics theory.The elastohydrodynamic lubrication characteristics of the gear system under dynamic load and static load are analyzed.A stiffness model of the oil film is established based on the numerical solution of elastohydrodynamic lubrication.The oscillation characteristics of the oil film under dynamic load are verified by solving the oil film stiffness.The research results show that 1.When the kinetic model is used to solve the elastohydrodynamic lubrication,both the oil film pressure and the oil film thickness show certain damped oscillation characteristics.2.The amplitude and vibration frequency are varied under different loads and gear speeds.3.As the gear speed increases,the stiffness of the oil film decreases.
