摘  要:半柔性复合路面是在大空隙沥青混合料基体中灌入水泥砂浆,从而形成的一种“刚柔并济”的路面结构。其中基体沥青混合料的空隙率达到了20%~28%,因此准确测定其空隙率至关重要。依托正交设计法设计出具有不同空隙率的沥青混合料,采用体积法和真空塑封法同时测其空隙率。试验结果表明,真空塑封法测得空隙率更接近混合料的实际空隙率,而体积法测得结果偏大。分析试验结果,得出了两种方法测得的空隙率之间的相关性拟合公式,便于通过体积法测得的空隙率直接换算得到混合料的真实空隙率。The semi-flexible composite pavement is a kind of rigid and flexible pavement structure that is filled with cement mortar in the large void asphalt mixture.The void ratio of the base asphalt mixture has reached 20%to 28%,therefore accurate determination of its porosity is essential.In the paper relying on the orthogonal design method,asphalt mixtures with different porosities are designed,and the volume method and vacuum plastic sealing method are used to measure their porosity simultaneously.The test results show that the void ratio measured by the vacuum plastic sealing method is closer to the actual void ratio of the mixture,and the volume method is larger,and the analysis of the test results is further carried out through which the correlation formula between the void ratios measured by the two methods are worked out.The fitting formula is convenient for directly converting the void ratio measured by the volume method to obtain the true void ratio of the mixture.
