摘 要:以主跨420m的网状吊杆组合梁拱桥山东齐鲁大桥为背景,从整体受力、局部构造和施工偏差的角度,对一种新型的锚拉板式偏心索梁锚固构造进行了有限元分析研究。分析结果表明,该构造可以满足网状吊杆的交叉锚固需求;可适当减小索导管承压端的自由长度,以缓解应力集中的情况;不同半径的圆弧倒角对锚拉板局部区域的受力影响不显著,可考虑采用U形倒角或局部绕焊等形式;齐鲁大桥的锚拉板构造对吊杆力荷载的偏角较为敏感,应充分考虑不同倾角工况下结构的响应。Taking the Qilu Bridge in Shandong Province as the background,which is a composite girder arch structure with reticulated suspenders and the main span length being 420m,studies are carried out by means of finite element analysis for a new type of eccentric cable-beam anchorage structure with anchor-tension plate from the point of view of overall force,local structure and construction deviation.The results show that:this structure can satisfy the cross anchorage requirement of the reticulated suspenders;the free length of the cable duct can be appropriately reduced to alleviate the stress concentration;the influence of arc chamfer with different radius on the local stress of anchor plate is not significant,while U-shaped chamfer or local circumferential welding may achieve a better result;and the anchor plate of Qilu Bridge is sensitive to the deflection angle of suspender load,and the response of structure under different inclination conditions should be fully considered.
