摘  要:针对双向顶推钢箱梁施工工艺难度大、风险控制困难等问题,以中国北方某大桥为工程依托,建立了双向顶推钢箱梁施工风险源模型,通过将三角模糊数法、贝叶斯网络理论和模糊综合评判法的综合运用,提出了双向顶推钢箱梁施工安全风险定量评估方法。通过工程应用及分析结果表明,该方法充分融合主观和客观因素,对各种风险源的不确定性有更客观地权衡,提高了双向顶推钢箱梁风险评估的可操作性和计算精度,避免了定性分析的单一化和主观臆断的片面化。另外,提出了双向顶推钢箱梁施工安全风险控制措施,降低了施工风险概率,保障了施工安全,对双向顶推钢箱梁施工的风险控制具有指导意义。Aiming at the difficulties in construction of steel box girder by two-way incremental launching method and difficulty in risk control,a risk-source model is established based on a bridge in northern China.Through combining the triangular fuzzy number method,Bayesian network theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,aquantitative evaluation method for safety risk of the steel box girder construction by two-way incremental launching method is proposed.Through project practice and analysis,the results show that the method can fully integrate subjective and objective factors,have more objective judgement to the uncertainty of various risk sources,and improve the operability and calculation accuracy of the risk assessment of two-way incremental launch of steel box girder,which avoids the simplification of qualitative analysis and the one-sidedness of subjective judgment.In addition,the safety risk control measures for two-way incremental launch of steel box girder construction are proposed,which reduces the construction risk probability and ensures the construction safety,and can provide reference for the construction of steel box girder by two-way incremental launching method.
