摘  要:预警装备体系的发展和作战运用离不开反导预警系统作战效能评估,在体系作战效能层面上,以完成反导作战任务的目的作为牵引,对反导预警系统进行数学建模和量化评估。在对反导预警作战流程分析的基础上,建立反导预警系统作战效能评估指标体系,采用基于层次分析法和熵权法综合赋权的方法确定各指标的最终权重,利用改进的TOPSIS法对系统的作战效能进行了定量分析。通过对预警装备部署方案的仿真试验,证明了所提出的模型和算法的正确性和有效性,结果表明,相比于单纯使用熵权法确定权重,利用组合赋权法分析作战能力可信度更高。The development and operational application of early warning equipment system needs to depend on the operational effectiveness evaluation of the anti-missile early warning system.In the system operational effectiveness aspect taking the purpose of accomplishing anti-missile combat mission as the traction,the anti-missile early warning system for mathematical modeling and quantitative evaluation of fighting in the anti-missile early warning is established on the basis of process analysis.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method comprehensive empowerment method,the final weight of each index,is determined anti-missile early warning index system of operational effectiveness evaluation is established.Then the improved TOPSIS method of quantitative analysis on the system's operational effectiveness is used.Through the simulation test of early-warning equipment deployment scheme,the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm are proved,and the test results show that compared with the simple entropy weight method to determine the weight,the combination weight method is more reliable to analyze the combat capability.
