肾炎康复片联合来氟米特治疗系膜增生性肾炎的效果及其对血清IFN-γ、ⅣC、LN水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肾炎康复片联合来氟米特治疗系膜增生性肾炎(MsPGN)的效果及其对血清干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、Ⅳ型胶原(ⅣC)、层粘连蛋白(LN)水平的影响。方法抽取2017年12月至2018年11月枣庄市立第四医院收治的MsPGN患者82例,采用双盲法将其分为两组,参照组41例行来氟米特治疗,联合组41例行来氟米特联合肾炎康复片治疗。比较两组临床效果、血清学相关指标及药物不良反应。结果联合组总有效率为97.56%(40/41),高于参照组的78.05%(32/41),χ^2=7.289,P=0.007。治疗前,两组血清学指标比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组IFN-γ、IVC、LN低于参照组(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率低于参照组,但差异未见统计学意义(χ^2=0.554,P=0.457)。结论肾炎康复片联合来氟米特治疗系膜增生性肾炎效果确切,可降低血清学相关指标水平,且不增加不良反应。Objective To investigate the effect of shenyankangfu tablets combined with leflunomide on mesangial proliferative nephritis and its effect on serum interferonγ(IFN-γ),type IV collagen(ⅣC)and laminin(LN)levels.Methods A total of 82 patients with MsPGN admitted to Zaozhuang Fourth Hospital from December 2017 to November 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by double blindness method.Forty-one patients in reference group were treated with leflunomide,and 41 patients in combined group were treated with leflunomide combined with shenyan kangfu tablets.The clinical effects,serological related indexes and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 97.56%(40/41),which was higher than 78.05%(32/41)of the reference group(χ^2=7.289,P=0.007).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serological indicators between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,levels of IFN-γ,ⅣC and LN in the combined group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the reference group,but the difference was not significant(χ^2=0.554,P=0.457).Conclusions Shenyan kangfu tablets combined with leflunomide has a definite effect on mesangial proliferative nephritis,which can reduce the level of serum-related indicators without increasing adverse reactions.
