摘  要:基于微纳耦合光纤传感器(MFCS)的S0A0峰值定位法可以实现对模态声发射源的线性定位,但是定位范围和精度有待提高。首先,针对已有S0A0线性定位方法中计算频率的选择进行改进,不同于之前算法中两种模态采用同一频率,改进后算法是根据S0和A0两种模式的最大能量分别选择计算频率。然后,基于改进后的方法进行定位实验,结果表明:与改进前的方法相对比,改进后的S0A0线性定位方法不仅具有较好的重复性,而且将定位范围从5~40 cm增加到5~60 cm,有效的定位角度范围从45°~135°扩大到22.5°~155.5°,同时相对误差也从原来的1.9%~20.9%降低到0.6%~4.65%。定位误差主要来源于Gabor时频变换的时间分辨率,以及实际铝板的群速度曲线与计算所得值之间存在偏差。The S0A0 peak positioning method based on the microfiber coupler sensor(MFCS)can be applied to the linear positioning of the modal acoustic emission source,but the positioning range and accuracy need to be improved.First,the calculation frequency selection of an existing S0A0 linear positioning method was improved,different from the calculation frequency selection of previous method,which the same calculation frequency is selected for both modes,the calculation frequency of the improved method is selected respectively according to the maximum energy of the S0 mode and the A0 mode.Then,based on the improved method,the positioning experiment was carried out.The results show that compared with the previous method,the improved S0A0 linear positioning method not only has good repeatability,but also increases the positioning range from 5-40 cm to 5-60 cm.The effective positioning angle range has also been expanded from 45°-135°to 22.5°-155.5°,and the relative error has also been reduced from the original 1.9%-20.9%to 0.6%-4.65%.The positioning error mainly comes from the time resolution of Gabor time-frequency transform and the deviation between the group velocity curve of the actual aluminum plate and the calculated value.
