摘 要:为提升液体流量标准装置日常检定工作效率,设计一套流量标准装置流量控制系统。通过控制电动调节阀开度与水泵转速,实现标准装置液体流量的准确调节。结合日常检定工作经验,设计模糊控制算法,并将其与PID控制算法相结合。依据流量调节过程中产生的误差与误差变化率进行模糊推理,获得适用于当前流量状态的PID控制参数。通过上位机LabVIEW与Matlab联合编程,最终实现不同流量目标调节过程中PID控制参数的在线跟踪与修正。实验结果表明,该方法实现对液体流量精准调节,且提升调节速度效果显著,并完全消除超调量,有效提升液体流量计检定效率。A flowrate control system is designed in order to improve the efficiency of liquid flow standard device.The opening of the electric control valve and the speed of the pump were controlled at the same time to realize the accurate adjustment of the flowrate for the standard device.The fuzzy control algorithm was designed according to the working experience and combined with the PID control algorithm.The fuzzy reasoning was carried out according to the error and error rate in the process of flowrate adjustment and the PID parameters suitable for the current flowrate were obtained.These three parameters of PID were tracked and corrected on-line in the process of realizing different flowrate through the joint programming of LabVIEW and Matlab.The experimental results manifested that the accurate adjustment of liquid flowrate could be achieved,the effect of raising the adjustment speed was remarkable,the overshoot could be eliminated completely and the efficiency of calibration could be improved effectively with this method.
