运用图示标本分类组件减少患者标本类型留取错误的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨运用图示标本分类组件减少患者标本类型留取错误的效果观察。方法:为减少患者标本类型留取错误,我科设计了图示标本分类组件并进行分组对比研究,2018年5月至2018年7月我科收治的需要自行留取标本的住院患者580例为观察组,采用常规留取标本方式;2018年8月至2018年10月我科收治的需要自行留取标本的住院患者628例为对照组,采用制作和安装图示标本分类组件后,并在患者留取标本前护士结合组件进行指导,比较两组标本类型留取情况。结果:观察组标本类型留取错误数55例,留取错误率9.48%,对照组标本类型留取错误数34例,留取错误率5.41%,对照组的标本类型留取错误率低于观察组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.314,P=0.005)。结论:采用图示标本分类组件可规避标本类型留取错误的因素,减少患者自行留取标本在留取类型上发生的错误,从而降低了标本类型留取错误率。同时此方法避免了标本容器不必要的成本浪费,节省了送检流程不必要的耗时,对临床标本采集起到积极作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of using graphic specimen classification components to reduce the error of specimen type retention in patients.Methods:To reduce the error of specimen type retention in patients,our department designed the specimen classification components shown in the diagram and conducted a grouping and comparative study.From May 2018 to July 2018,580 hospitalized patients who needed to collect specimens by themselves were admitted to our department as the observation group,and the routine specimen retention method was adopted.From August 2018 to October 2018,628 hospitalized patients admitted to our department who needed to collect specimens by themselves were as the control group.After making and installing the specimen classification components shown in the drawings,nurses combined with the components to guide the patients before taking specimens,and the specimen collection situation of the two groups was compared.Results:There were 55 specimens in the observation group with an error rate of 9.48%,and 34 specimens in the control group with an error rate of 5.41%.The sample type in the control group was lower than that in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=7.314,P=0.005).Conclusion:The use of the graphic specimen classification component can avoid the factors of specimen type retention error,reduce the error of specimen type retention in patients'own collection,and thus reduce the error rate of specimen type retention.At the same time,this method avoids the unnecessary cost of specimen container,saves the unnecessary time of the examination process,and plays a positive role in clinical specimen collection.
