摘 要:目的:通过系统评价维生素D与2型糖尿病患者血糖代谢相关指标的相关性,探索维生素D水平与2型糖尿病之间的关系。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、PubMed等数字资源库,检索时间从建库至2018年3月,选择研究类型为横断面研究及病例对照研究文献,根据文献纳排标准,摘录相关数据,采用Stata统计软件进行meta分析。结果:最终纳入27篇文献,meta分析结果表明,维生素D与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛β细胞功能、胰岛素抵抗均存在显著的相关性(r1=-0.28,r2=-0.23,r3=0.38,r4=-0.14;P<0.001)。结论:血清维生素D水平与糖代谢若干指标存在负相关性,提高维生素D水平可能有助于血糖控制。Objective:This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to explore the relationship between the level of Vitamin D and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus through correlation analysis.Methods:TSystematic literature review was performed using digital resource databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database and Pubmed to search for relevant articles published before March 2018.Cross-sectional study and case control study that compare the level of Vitamin D and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus were assessed and the related data based on document inclusion criteria were extracted.Stata statistical software was used to perform the meta-analysis.Results:27 studies were included in the meta-analysis and revealed that Vitamin D is correlated with fasting blood-glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin,beta-cell function and insulin resistance(r1=-0.28,r2=-0.23,r3=0.38,r4=-0.14;P<0.001).Conclusion:There was a negative correlation between serum vitamin D level and some indicators of glycometabolism.Developing the level of vitamin D is beneficial of glycemic control.
