摘　　要：主要介绍镍铜冶炼环集烟气脱硫尾液中回收副产七水硫酸镁产品的工艺技术及运行实践。通过对金川环集烟气脱硫液中硫酸镁及重金属含量的分析,结合原150 kt/a亚硫酸钠生产线关键设备,对关键工艺指标、过程控制、操作经验等多个方面的分析总结,建立起1套经济可行的中和除杂、蒸发浓缩、结晶干燥等全过程提升最终产品质量的技术方案,可为行业内副产硫酸镁产品的生产运行提供实践经验。The process technology and operation practice of recovering by-product magnesium sulfate heptahydrate from desulfuration tail liquor of nickel copper smelter are mainly introduced.Based on the analysis of magnesium sulfate and heavy metal content in the flue gas desulfurization solution of Jinchuan environment set smoke,combined with the key equipment of the original 150 kt/a sodium sulfite production line,the analysis and summary of key process indicators,process control,operation experience and other aspects,the technical scheme of neutralization and impurity removal,evaporation concentration,crystallization drying and other processes to improve the quality of the final product is established,which can be the by-product of magnesium sulfate in the industry provide practical experience in production and operation of products.
