摘 要:为建立香龙血树嵌合体组织培养快速繁殖体系,以金边香龙血树和金心香龙血树的叶片、茎段为外植体,研究愈伤组织的诱导培养及继代增殖培养情况。结果表明:2种材料叶片均未诱导出愈伤组织;金边香龙血树茎段愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为:MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA+0.5mg/L 2,4-D+0.5g/L活性炭;金心香龙血树茎段愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基均为:MS+5.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA+0.5g/L活性炭;金边及金心香龙血树正常愈伤组织诱导不定芽分化最佳培养基为:MS+3.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA+0.5g/L活性炭;金边香龙血树嵌合体愈伤组织诱导不定芽分化最佳培养基为:MS+2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA+0.5g/L活性炭;金边香龙血树绿色不定芽增殖最佳培养基为:MS+3.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA+0.5g/L活性炭;金边香龙血树嵌合体不定芽和金心香龙血树绿色不定芽增殖最佳培养基为:MS+3.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA+0.5g/L活性炭。Using the leaves and stems of as the explants,callus induction culture and the subculture proliferation cul⁃ture were studied on Dracaena fragrans cv.lindenii and Dracaena fragrans cv.massangeana with a view to establish⁃ing a tissue culture rapid propagation system of Dracaena fragrans chimera.The results showed that the leaves of both materials were not able to induce callus.MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA+0.5mg/L2,4-D+0.5g/L activated carbon was the best medium for inducing the callus of the stem section of Dracaena fragrans cv.Lindenii,MS+5.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA+0.5g/L activated carbon was the best medium for callus induction of the stem section of Dra⁃caena fragrans cv.Massangeana,MS+3.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA+0.5g/L activated carbon was the best medium for inducing adventitious bud differentiation of normal callus of Dracaena fragrans cv.lindenii and Dracaena fra⁃grans cv.Massangeana,MS+2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA+0.5g/L activated carbon was the optimal medium for chi⁃mera callus of Dracaena fragrans cv.lindenii inducing differentiation of adventitious buds,MS+3.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA+0.5g/L activated carbon was the optimal medium for adventitious bud proliferation of Dracaena fra⁃grans cv.Lindenii,MS+3.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA+0.5g/L activated carbon was the best medium for the prolifera⁃tion of adventitious buds of Dracaena fragrans cv.lindenii chimera and green adventitious buds of Dracaena fragrans cv.massangeana.
