健康中国背景下乒乓球运动“软式化”发展的必然与应然

摘　　要：在"健康中国"战略背景下,"轻体育"逐渐进入大众视野,通过研究乒乓球运动"软式化",审视了竞技体育"软式化"发展的历史趋势及健康中国发展的必然选择。研究认为:修改发球规则降低发球威胁,不同乒乓球球拍胶皮对乒乓球速度与旋转的影响,统一使用44mm大球降低球速与旋转和增加球网高度降低进攻威胁是健康中国背景下乒乓球运动"软式化"发展的实施路径,对乒乓球运动传承和发展起到了良好的促进作用,且积极响应健康中国战略的号召。In the context of the Healthy China strategy,"light sports"has gradually entered the public’s perspective.This paper studies the"softening"of table tennis to know the historical trend of the"softening"development of competitive sports and the inevitable choice for the development of Healthy China.The research suggests that we should modify the service rules to reduce the threat of serve,the impact of different table tennis racket rubbers on table tennis speed and rotation,uniform use of a 44 mm ball to reduce ball speed and rotation and increase the height of the net to reduce the threat of attack in a healthy Chinese context.The implementation path of"softening"development has played a good role in promoting the inheritance and development of table tennis and actively responding to the call of the Healthy China strategy.
