摘　　要：媒体融合发展既是传播命题又是政治命题。在影响融媒建设的诸多因素中,"人"是最关键、最根本、最具决定性意义的因素。推进媒体融合向纵深发展,必须夯实以"人"为本这一思想基石,切实在传播理念上更加重视"人"、在传播内容上更加贴近"人"、在传播渠道上更加便利"人"、在传播运营上更加倚重"人"。只有真正做到以"人"为本、为"人"而融、供"人"所好、倚"人"兴事,融媒建设才能行稳致远。Media convergence is not only about communication but also politics.Among the many factors impacting media convergence,"people"is the most critical,fundamental and decisive one and needs to be taken as the cornerstone in promoting its development.The communication concepts need to put more emphasis on the people.Its contents need to be closer to the people.Its channels need to be more convenient to people.Its operation needs to reply more on the people.Only by putting people first and integrate the media for the people and by the people can there be long-term stable development of media integration.
