摘 要:合成旅作为基本作战单位,其装备保障力量建设对战斗力提升具有重要影响。装备保障力量涉及多种因素,具有复杂性、动态性和不确定性等特点,为此,从装备保障组织机构、人力资源力量、保障设施设备力量以及政策制度力量等要素上进行因果关系分析,建立了系统动力学仿真模型,运用Vensim仿真计算装备保障力量各要素对保障力量建设的影响,取得了一些有价值的结论,为合成旅装备保障力量建设提供参考。As a basic combat unit,the synthetic brigade has an important impact on the improvement of combat effectiveness by building its equipment support forces.The equipment support force involves multiple factors,and is characterized by complexity,dynamics,and uncertainty.To this end,a causal relationship analysis is conducted from the elements of the equipment support organization,human resources,support facilities and equipment,policy and institutional forces to establish the system dynamics simulation model,Vensim simulation was used to calculate the influence of each element of equipment support force on the construction of support force,and some valuable conclusions were obtained,which provided a reference for the construction of equipment support force of the synthetic brigade.
