摘　　要：介绍了实验厂房气瓶使用过程中存在的人员操作不熟练、气瓶本身状态不良、存放环境差、未实现统一管理等问题,针对上述问题,从加强人员教育培训,采用集中供气方式供气,加强源头供应商管控,建章立制,加强隐患排查整改等方面全面加强实验厂房的气瓶使用管理,从根本上解决了气瓶使用过程的存在的问题。This paper introduced gas cylinders utilization problems in the experimental plant,such as personnel operation not skilled,bad condition of gas bottle itself,store environment was poor,not to implement unified management,etc.In order to solve these problems,staff education training was strengthened,centralized gas supply was adopted,source suppliers were under tighter control,a new system was established and strengthened the hidden rectification.Fundamentally gas cylinders utilization problems were solved.
