摘  要:文章以和泉RJ系列IDEC RJ2S-CLD-D24薄型功率继电器作为研究对象,阐述了继电器的运行机理和采用各种接线形式实现各种功能的应用实例。在数字量输入信号控制回路中,继电器有着隔离保护和遥控监测作用,不仅防止了220VAC或者380VAC电压进入24VDC回路里,并且能够对于马达运作情况、就地/远程转换等方面进行动态监测和预警。在这种回路里,利用干接点与湿接点两类不一样的接线形式,继电器不只能够控制电磁阀的开启与关闭,并且能够控制指示灯的开启与关闭。所以,在化工仪表自动控制中,利用对继电器的广泛使用,不只能够提升控制系统的安全性和稳定性,并且能够在一定程度上降低人员工作强度,确保公司的长期稳定发展。Taking Hequan RJ series IDEC RJ2S-CLD-D24 thin power relay as the research object,this paper expounds the operation mechanism of relay and the application examples of realizing various functions by adopting various wiring forms.In the digital input signal control loop,the relay has the functions of isolation protection and remote monitoring,which not only prevents the voltage of 220VAC or 380VAC from entering the 24VDC loop,but also can dynamically monitor and warn the motor operation and local/remote conversion.In this kind of circuit,the relay can not only control the opening and closing of the solenoid valve,but also control the opening and closing of the indicator light by using two different wiring forms:dry contact and wet contact.Therefore,in the automatic control of chemical instruments,the extensive use of relays can not only improve the safety and stability of the control system,but also reduce the work intensity of personnel to a certain extent,ensuring the long-term stable development of the company.
