摘  要:踏面制动单元的闸瓦间隙是重要设计指标,在机车车辆运行和制动缓解过程中,必须保持其恒定,以确保安全性。文章针对某典型踏面制动单元在运行中闸瓦间隙变小的原因,进行全面研究和分析,找出了间隙变小的根本原因,通过试验还原了故障现象,并提出了改进方案。试验验证和装车考核结果,表明了原因分析准确、改进方案合理。The brake shoe clearance of tread brake unit is an important design index,which must be kept constant in the process of locomotive and vehicle operation and brake & release to ensure safety.Based on the comprehensive research and analysis on brake shoe clearance becoming smaller of a typical tread brake unit in operation,the paper finds out the root cause,restores the fault phenomenon through the test,and puts forward the improvement scheme.The results of test verification and loading assessment show that the cause analysis is accurate and improvement scheme are reasonable.
