摘 要:目的:观察金刚藤胶囊联合司帕沙星对慢性盆腔炎(CPID)患者血清炎症因子水平及免疫功能的影响。方法:选择2017年9月—2019年8月治疗的78例CPID患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组接受司帕沙星治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用金刚藤胶囊治疗。对比两组炎症因子指标[白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、免疫功能指标[CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+]及不良反应。结果:治疗前两组IL-8,TNF-α,CD4^+,CD8^+和CD4^+/CD8^+比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组IL-8和TNF-α及CD8^+低于对照组,CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金刚藤胶囊联合司帕沙星治疗CPID患者效果确切,利于加快疾病恢复,减少不良反应发生。Objective:To observe the effect of jingangteng capsule combined with sparfloxacin on serum inflammatory factor levels and immune function in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods:A total of 78 patients with CPID treated in hospital from September 2017 to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 39 cases each.The control group was treated with sparfloxacin,while the observation group was treated with jingangteng capsules.The inflammatory factor indicators[interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],immune function indicators[CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the comparison of IL-8,TNF-α,CD4^+,CD8^+,and CD4^+/CD8^+between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-8,TNF-α,CD8^+were lower than the control group,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of jingangteng capsule and sparfloxacin is effective in improving inflammatory symptoms and immune function in patients with CPID,and it is beneficial to accelerate disease recovery and reduce adverse reactions.
