多学科协作模式在肿瘤患者化疗相关性恶心呕吐中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨在肿瘤化疗患者中实施多学科协作模式对其化疗相关性恶心呕吐(CINV)的影响。方法:选择2017年6月—2019年6月肿瘤化疗患者168例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组84例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施多学科协作模式。比较两组患者干预前后恶心呕吐程度、营养学指标和生活质量及中医症候积分。结果:两组患者护理前,恶心呕吐分级、生活质量[呕吐功能性生活指数(FLIE)]、中医症候积分、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(TF)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组恶心呕吐分级0级患者占比、FLIE评分和中医症候积分均高于对照组,且ALB和PA及TF水平亦高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肿瘤化疗患者实施多学科协作模式干预,可改善患者化疗相关性恶心呕吐程度和生活质量,较好地保证患者营养状态,效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary cooperation on chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting(CINV)in cancer patients.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,168 patients with tumor chemotherapy were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with a random number table method,84 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented a multidisciplinary collaboration model.The levels of nausea and vomiting,nutritional indicators,quality of life and TCM syndrome scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,the nausea and vomiting grade,quality of life,functional life index(FLIE),TCM syndrome score,albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),transferrin(TF)were compared between the two groups,and there was no difference statistical significance(P>0.05).The proportion of patients with grade 0 nausea and vomiting,FLIE and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group after intervention were higher than the control group,and the levels of ALB,PA and TF in the observation group after intervention were also higher than the control group,The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multi-disciplinary cooperation model intervention can improve the degree of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting,improve the quality of life,and better ensure the nutritional status of patients.
