摘　　要：目的:探讨以团队为基础的急救模式对急诊护士急救水平的影响。方法:选取2018年10月—2019年10月急诊中心就职的急诊护士36名进行理论知识培训,培训结束后,将36名急诊护士分为6组,每组6名,进行团队急救模式练习。比较急诊护士培训前后的理论知识评分、实际操作评分和不同案例的急救时间,探讨以团队为基础的急救模式对急诊护士急救水平的影响。结果:以团队为基础的急救模式培训可以显著提高急诊护士的理论成绩和实际操作成绩,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);以团队为基础的急救模式培训可以显著减少不同案例的急救时间,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以团队为基础的急救模式可以加强急诊护士急救理论知识,提高急诊护士之间的默契程度,从而提高急诊室的抢救率。Objective:To explore the effect of team-based emergency mode on emergency nurses′emergency level.Methods:All 36 emergency nurses who worked in the emergency center of hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected,and emergency professionals were trained in theoretical knowledge;after the theoretical training,36 emergency nurses were divided into 6 groups,each group 6 people perform exercises in team first aid mode.Compare the theoretical knowledge scores,practical operation scores before and after training of emergency nurses,and the time of first aid before and after training in different cases,and then discuss the impact of team-based first aid mode on the level of emergency nurses.Results:Comparing the theoretical and practical results of 36 emergency nurses before and after training,it was found that training can significantly improve the theoretical and practical performance of emergency nurses,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),otherwise,training can be significant reducing the time of first aid in different cases was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The team-based first-aid model can strengthen the theoretical knowledge of first aid in emergency care,improve the degree of understanding between emergency nurses,and thus improve the emergency room rescue rate.
