摘　　要：为解决皮带运输机在带负载或重载启动工况下对设备造成冲击的问题,以行星差动轮系为核心设计了对应的软启动装置,并对行星差动轮系的关键参数进行了设计,同时,基于PLC控制器和变频控制器、调速电机等完成以行星差动轮系为核心的软启动装置的控制系统,为综采工作面的安全生产奠定了基础。In order to solve the problem of belt conveyer's impact on equipment under load or heavy load start-up condition,the corresponding soft start device is designed with planetary differential gear train as the core,and the key parameters of planetary differential gear train are designed.Based on PLC controller,frequency conversion controller and speed regulating motor,the control system of soft start device with planetary differential gear train as the core is completed,which lays a foundation for the safe production of fully mechanized mining face.
