摘 要:对综采设备与采煤工序两者之间的关系进行分析,提出了两者必须保持协同关系的观点,介绍了生产能力协同和相对位置关系协同两方面内容.分析认为:两者之间的协调关系作为解决综采工作面问题的顶层设计,一方面能超前预控,让工序管理变被动为主动,最大限度减少工序事故;另一方面还能保证工作面设备正常运转、生产稳定,提高经济效益.The fully mechanized mining equipment and coal mining process were analyzed,and then the point of view that they must maintain a synergetic relationship is put forward,its content includes production capacity collaboration and relative position relationship collaboration.As the top-level design to solve the problem of fully mechanized mining face,on the one hand,it can precontrol in advance,change process management from passive to active,and minimize process accidents,on the other hand,it can ensure the normal operation and stable production of the equipment in the working face and improve the economic benefits.
