摘　　要：针对当前皮带输送机传统的各种安全保护装置对煤矿皮带输送机带煤起不到有效保护效果的问题,分析一种根据煤矿皮带运输机作业现场安全和质量标准化要求设计的用于皮带输送机的防回煤保护装置,包括结构、工作原理、特点.该装置的应用能够及时清理底层皮带上的回煤,避免回煤卷入尾机皮带内造成设备损坏,同时消除作业现场的安全隐患.According to the requirements of safety and quality standardization of the traditional safety equipments in coal mine belt conveyor, a kind of anti-return coal protection device for belt conveyor is designed. The structure,working principle and characteristics of the device are analyzed. The application of the device can clean up the coal return on the bottom belt in time, avoid the equipment damage caused by the coal return involved in the tail machine belt, and eliminate the hidden danger of safety in the work site at the same time.
