煤矿猴车安全高效安装技术研究

摘　　要：为提高矿用猴车安装质量,基于猴车组成结构,分析了猴车安装技术要求,提出了快速安装猴车的技术措施,涉及横梁的架设、猴车头部的安装、机尾的安装、托绳轮的安装、压绳轮的安装以及钢丝绳的安装、架空乘人装置的调试等方面.通过综合应用这些猴车快速安装技术措施,猴车安装质量与速度大幅提高,因安装质量引发的猴车故障大幅减少,更好地保障了矿井猴车的安全运行.In order to improve the installation quality of monkey car for mine, the technical requirements of monkey car installation are analyzed based on the structure of monkey car, and the technical measures of quick installation of monkey car are put forward, including beam erection, head installation, tail installation, rope wheel installation, rope pressing wheel installation, wire rope installation, overhead passenger installation debugging and so on. Through the comprehensive application of these monkey car quick installation technical measures, the monkey car installation quality and speed are greatly improved.
