煤矿电气设备失爆原因分析及预防措施研究

摘　　要：为了解决同煤集团同家梁矿井下电气设备失爆率高的问题,调查了井下电气设备常见的失爆现象,同时对失爆的原因进行分析,依据工程需要制定了相应的措施.经过实践发现,采取设备失爆预防措施后电气设备失爆率从20%下降到4%以下,应用效果显著.In order to solve the problem of high explosion loss rate of the electrical equipment,this paper investigates the common explosion loss phenomenon of underground electrical equipment,analyzes the causes of explosion loss,and formulates the corresponding measures according to the engineering needs.It is found that the explosion loss rate of improved electrical equipment decreases from 20%to less than 4%,and the application effect is remarkable.
