摘　　要：深入分析了在盐酸生产过程中尾气产生的原因,提出了设备改型、工艺管线优化、降低介质温度等改进措施,以控制尾气排放,达到生产过程中尾气处理零排放、零污染的目的。The formation causes of tail gas in hydrochloric acid production are analyzed,and some improvement measures such as equipment modificat ion,process pipeline optimization and medium temperature reduction are put forward to control tail gas emission,in order to achieve zero emission and zero pollution in the process of tail gas treatment.
