摘  要:围绕阴极电泳涂料对铸铁件凸点的遮盖性展开了研究。研究表明,调整阴极电泳涂料的颜基比或加入微凝胶都可以有效地改善阴极电泳涂料在铸铁件上对凸点遮盖不好的情况。通过实验制得一种适用于铸铁件的阴极电泳涂料。该阴极电泳涂料在铸铁件上具有良好的凸点遮盖性和防腐蚀性能。In this paper,the shading of convex spots of iron castings by cathodic electrophoretic coatings is studied.The results show that adjusting the pigment/binder ratio of cathodic electrophoretic coatings or adding microgels can effectively improve the bad condition of cathodic electrophoretic coatings shading convex spots of iron castings.A kind of cathodic electrophoretic coatings for iron castings was prepared through experiments.The cathodic electrophoretic coatings on iron castings have good convex spot shading and corrosion resistance.
