能源社会核算矩阵的编制研究——以云南省为例

摘　　要：社会核算矩阵(SAM)是刻画一个经济体在一定时间段(通常情况为一年)内所发生的经济活动,为一个国家或者地区在宏观上提供了各个经济变量间的流量关系。论文在参考诸多国内外学者提出的国家或区域社会核算矩阵编制原理及研究现状的基础上,以云南省为例,编制了2012年云南省能源SAM表,以期为正处于产业结构转型升级关键期的云南提供宏观经济政策战略制定、实施上的支持。Social accounting matrix(SAM)is to describe the economic activities of an economy in a certain period of time(usually a year),which provides a country or region with the flow relationship among various economic variables at the macro level.Based on the reference to the compilation principles of national or regional social accounting matrix proposed by domestic and foreign scholars and the research status,taking Yunnan Province as an example,this paper compiles the energy SAM table of Yunnan Province in 2012,so as to provide support for the formulation and implementation of macroeconomic policy strategy for Yunnan Province,which is in the critical period of industrial structure transformation and upgrading.
