摘　　要：跨境电商的出现,极大地促进了市场繁荣,促进了经济蓬勃发展。但是,凡事好坏参半,跨境电商的出现冲击了不少中小外贸企业,对于中小外贸企业而言是致命的威胁与挑战,这些企业急需在经济发展新形势下进行转型与升级,只有这样,才能够积蓄实力、抓住机遇并实现逆袭。论文针对跨境电商发展视角下的中小外贸企业转型升级进行深入探究,提出转型升级策略,以供参考与借鉴。The emergence of cross-border e-commerce has greatly promoted market prosperity and vigorous economic development.However,everything has a good side and a bad side.The emergence of cross-border e-commerce has impacted many small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises,which is a fatal threat and challenge for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises.These enterprises are in urgent need of transformation and upgrading under the new situation of economic development.Only in this way can they accumulate strength,seize opportunities and realize counter attack.This paper deeply explores the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises from the perspective of cross-border e-commerce development,and puts forward transformation and upgrading strategies,for reference.
