摘  要:以苹果(Malus pumila)‘长富2号红富士’为母本,‘红星’‘荷红’‘美红’为授粉品种,进行人工授粉,探究授粉品种对‘红富士’苹果果实有机酸积累及相关代谢酶活性的影响。结果表明,果实发育过程中,授粉品种明显影响果实中苹果酸及柠檬酸含量:在苹果酸含量高的果实中,苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)活性高而苹果酸酶(ME)活性低;在柠檬酸含量高的果实中柠檬酸合酶(CS)活性较高。研究表明,不同授粉品种可能通过影响MDH、ME、CS的活性从而影响果实内苹果酸及柠檬酸的代谢,最终导致果实内有机酸含量出现差异。Artificial pollination experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of pollination varieties on organic acid accumulation and relevant metabolic enzyme activities in’Red Fuji’apple(Malus pumila)fruit,in which’Red Fuji Nagafu No.2’was used as female parent and’Hongxing’,’Meihong’and’Hehong’were used as male parents.The results show that the contents of malic acid and citric acid were closely related to the pollination varieties during the development process of the’Red Fuji’apple fruit.In the fruits with high malic acid content,the activity of malate dehydrogenase(MDH)was higher than the others,while the activity of malate enzyme(ME)was lower.In addition,the citric acid synthase(CS)activity was higher in fruits with high citric acid content.This study shows that different pollination varieties affected the activities of various enzymes such as MDH,ME and CS.The activities of these enzymes would affect the metabolism of malic acid and citric acid,which ultimately resulted in the difference of organic acid content in the’Red Fuji’apple fruit.
