摘 要:本研究以黑曲霉菌生物肥作为供试肥料,研究黑曲霉菌生物肥对花生碳氮代谢、产量及籽仁品质的影响。研究发现,在化肥减量10%的基础上施加黑曲霉菌生物肥,可以明显提高花生功能叶片碳氮代谢相关酶的活性及淀粉、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸的含量。虽然化肥减量10%加黑曲霉菌处理的生物产量较常规施肥处理略有降低,但荚果产量却有明显提高,这主要是由于单株结果数和果重增加所致,而果重提高则是由饱果率和双仁果率增加所致。同时,黑曲霉菌的加入提高了花生籽仁中的脂肪和油酸含量,提高了油亚比,改善了花生的油用品质。In this study,Aspergillus niger biofertilizer was used to study the effects of biofertilizer on carbon and nitrogen metabolism,yield and kernel quality of peanut.It was found that A.niger biofertilizer was applied on the basis of 10%reduction of chemical fertilizer significantly increased the enzyme activities of carbon and nitrogen metabolism,as well as increased the contents of starch,soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline in functional leaves.Although the biological yields of 10%reduction of chemical fertilizer and biofertilizer were slightly lower than those of conventional fertilization treatments,the pod yield was significantly increased.This was mainly due to the increase of fruit number per plant and fruit weight,while the increase of fruit weight was due to the increase of full fruit rate and double kernel rate.At the same time,the addition of A.niger increased the content of fat and oleic acid in peanut kernels,increased the ration of oleic acid and linoleic acid and improved the oil quality of peanut.
