摘 要:采用生物信息学方法分析高迁移率族盒转录因子1(high-mobility group box transription factor 1,HBP1)的亚细胞定位、理化性质、信号肽和核定位序列、二级结构、三级结构、结构域、潜在磷酸化及糖基化位点、启动子区潜在转录因子结合位点和HBP1在人体不同组织蛋白表达谱及蛋白相互作用网络等指标。分析结果提示HBP1蛋白是一种亲水性、不稳定的蛋白质,具有疏松的结构、多种潜在的修饰位点、多种转录因子结合位点及表达的广泛性,以上均提示该蛋白有着复杂的生物学功能。该研究通过分析预测人转录调控因子HBP1的结构与功能,为进一步探讨HBP1作用机制提供了理论参考依据。Bioinformatics methods were used to analyze the high-mobility group box transription factor 1(HBP1) data from different aspects. The subcellular localization, physical-chemical properties, nuclear localization, signal peptide sequences and spatial structures were explored, the potential phosphorylation, glycosylation and transcription factor binding sites of promoter region were compared, the expression profiles and interaction networks of HBP1 protein in human different tissues were carried out. The results suggest that HBP1 protein is a hydrophilic and unstable protein with loose structure, a variety of potential modification sites, a variety of transcription factor binding sites and extensive expression, all of which suggest that the protein has complex biological functions. By analyzing and predicting the structure and function of human transcriptional regulatory factor HBP1, this study provides a theoretical basis for further exploring the mechanism of HBP1.
