摘　　要：低密度脂蛋白相关受体蛋白1(LRP1)是一种多功能的细胞膜表面受体,属于低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR)基因家族,在多种细胞中广泛表达。LRP1参与了许多病理生理过程,包括脂蛋白代谢、保护血管完整性、降解凝血因子Ⅷ(FⅧ)等相关作用,从而影响心血管疾病的发生、发展及预后。本文旨在对LRP1与心血管疾病的关系进行系统综述。Low-density lipoprotein-associated receptor protein 1(LRP1)is a multifunctional cell membrane surface receptor that belongs to the low-density lipoprotein receptor(LDLR)gene family and is widely expressed in a variety of cells.LRP1 is involved in many pathophysiological processes,including lipoprotein metabolism,protection of vascular integrity,degradation of coagulation factorⅧ(FⅧ),and other related roles.Therefore,LRP1 affects the occurrence,development and prognosis of cardiovascular disease.The aim of this article is systematically review the association between LRP1 and cardiovascular disease.
