摘  要:SLIT蛋白是一种分泌蛋白,其主要受体是ROBO跨膜蛋白家族,最初在果蝇的中枢神经系统研究中被发现,在神经发育过程中起重要作用.SLIT3是SLIT蛋白家族成员之一,也是一种经典的轴突引导分子.近年来,随着对其研究的不断深入,研究人员发现SLIT3还具有在肿瘤形成过程中抑制癌症发展,以及促进血管生成、偶联骨形成与骨吸收、调节炎症和细胞迁移运动、参与器官发育等广泛的生物学作用,并且正在逐步探索其在临床上的应用.SLIT protein is a secretory protein,and its main receptor is the ROBO transmembrane protein family.It was first found in the research of the central nervous system of Drosophila and have been proved to play an important role in nerve development.SLIT3 is a member of the SLIT protein family and a classical axon-guiding molecule.In recent years,researchers have further found that SLIT3 also possesses a wide range of biological functions,such as inhibiting the development of cancer during tumor formation,promoting angiogenesis,coupling bone formation and bone resorption,regulating inflammation and cell migation,participating in organ development and so on and are exploring its clinical application.
