摘 要:葡萄是中国重要的栽培果树,欧美国家近百年来采用抗根瘤蚜砧木嫁接繁殖,中国一直以来采用枝条自根繁殖,21世纪以后,葡萄根瘤蚜在多个产区发生并扩展,抗根瘤蚜砧木嫁接繁殖及嫁接苗建园成为了科研和生产的重要内容。综述了国内外葡萄砧木育种历程及育种目标,分析了砧木选择依据与应用,指出了中国目前砧木育种及砧木应用存在的问题。Grape is an important cultivated fruit tree in China.European and American countries have used anti-phylloxera rootstocks grafted and propagated for nearly a century,while China has always used branches for cutting propagation.After the 21st century,with the discovery and expansion of grape phylloxera in multiple production areas,phylloxera-resistant cultivation has become an important issue in the industry of China.Grafting and breeding of resistant rootstocks and vineyard construction with grafted seedlings have become an important parts of scientific research and production.In this article.the history and goals of grape rootstock breeding at home and abroad were reviewed,the basis and application of rootstock selection were analyzed,and the current problems in rootstock breeding and rootstock application in China were pointed out.
