摘  要:以10个梨品种(系)的1年生休眠枝条为试材,测定其人工低温胁迫下的相对电导率,结合逻辑斯蒂克(Logistic)方程计算半致死温度LT50,对不同品种的抗寒性进行评价。结果表明,1年生休眠枝条在低温处理下相对电导率变化呈S形曲线,随着处理温度的降低,枝条的冻害指数增加,萌芽率及存活率降低。半致死温度能准确反映梨品种(系)抗寒性,10个梨品种(系)的抗寒性强弱顺序为:金光>冠玉>迎霜>XG051111>美玉>黄冠>鸭梨>秋光>秋露>迎秋。The relative conductivity of 1-year-old dormant branches of 10 pear cultivars(line)was measured under artificial low temperature stress,and the semi-lethal temperature(LT 50)was calculated by Logistic equation,so as to evaluate the cold resistance of different cultivars.The results showed that the relative electrical conductivity of 1-year-old dormant branches presented an s-shaped curve under artificial low temperature treatment,and with the decrease of treatment temperature,the freezing injury index of branches increased,and the survival rate and germination rate decreased.The cold resistance of 10 varieties of pear from strong to weak was as follows:Jinguang>Guanyu>Yingshuang>XG051111>Meiyu>Huangguan>Yali>Qiuguang>Qiulu>Yingqiu.
