血脂及血管内皮指标与冠心病患者疾病程度的相关性分析

摘　　要：探讨血脂及血管内皮指标与冠心病患者疾病程度的相关性分析。选取90例冠心病患者作为研究组,同期选取50例非冠心病患者作为对照组,检测两组血脂及血管内皮指标水平,并分析其与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度的关系。结果显示,与对照组比较,研究组患者的TC、TG及LDL-C显著升高,HDL-C显著降低,血管内皮指标水平升高;随着冠状动脉病变支数的增加,患者血液TC、TG及LDL-C水平也相应升高;研究组患者的HDL-C与Gensini评分呈负相关(r=-0.593,P=0.041),而其它指标均与Gensini评分呈正相关。结果说明,血脂及血管内皮指标可在一定程度上反映冠心病患者的疾病程度,其可作为辅助参考来评估冠心病的病情。To investigate the correlation analysis of blood lipid and vascular endothelial indexes with the disease severity in patients with coronary heart disease.90 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as study group and 50 patients without coronary heart disease were selected as control group.Then,the levels of blood lipid and vascular endothelial indexes in the two groups were detected,and their relationship with the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease was analyzed.Results showed,compared to the control group,TC,TG and LDL-C of the study group were significantly higher,while HDL-C was significantly lower,The level of vascular endothelial indexes were higher;With the coronary lesion counts increasing,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the patients increased;The level of HDL-C were negatively related with the gensini score(r=-0.593,P=0.041),but the other blood indexes levels were positively related with the gensini score.The results indicated that blood lipid and vascular endothelial index can reflect the disease degree of patients with coronary heart disease to a certain extent,which can be used as an auxiliary reference to evaluate the condition of coronary heart disease.
