糖皮质激素治疗重症新型冠状病毒肺炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：观察糖皮质激素在重症新型冠状病毒肺炎中的治疗效果。回顾性分析2020年1月22日至2020年3月2日娄底市中心医院收治的通过咽拭子标本确诊的32例重型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者。根据患者住院治疗期间,是否接受糖皮质激素治疗将患者分为常规组和激素组。常规组予以吸氧、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗纤维化治疗,激素组加用甲泼尼龙治疗。观察两组患者的实验室检查结果,肺部影像变化,发热、咳嗽、呼吸困难症状和氧合指数改善情况。激素组的治疗效果明显优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖皮质激素在减轻全身炎症反应、缓解疾病严重程度、控制病情进展、促进肺部病灶吸收方面具有良好的临床疗效。To observe the therapeutic effect of glucocorticoids in severe COVID-19.It retrospectively analysed 32 patients with severe COVID-19 diagnosed through pharyngeal swabs specimens admitted to Loudi Central Hospital from January 22,2020 to March 2,2020.According to whether the patients received glucocorticoid treatment during the hospitalization period,the patients were divided into two groups,the conventional treatment group and the conventional plus hormone treatment group.The routine group was given oxygen,antiviral,anti-oxidation,and anti-fibrosis therapy,and the hormone group was given methylprednisolone therapy.The results of laboratory examination,lung imaging changes,fever,cough,dyspnea and improvement of oxygenation index were compared between the two groups.The treatment effect of the hormone group was significantly better than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Glucocorticoid has a good clinical effect in reducing systemic inflammatory reaction,alleviating the severity of the disease,controlling the progress of the disease and promoting the absorption of pulmonary lesions.
