腹腔镜下小儿疝气高位结扎手术行护理配合对降低并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究腹腔镜下小儿疝气高位结扎手术患儿行护理配合效果。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年3月笔者所在医院收治的90例小儿疝气患儿,均行腹腔镜下小儿疝气高位结扎手术,按"护理差异性"随机分为观察组(护理配合)与对照组(常规护理),各45例,比较两组护理效果。结果:与对照组比较,观察组下地活动、肠道排气及住院时间较短,VAS评分较低(P<0.05);观察组家属满意率(97.77%)高于对照组的84.44%(P<0.05);观察组并发症率(6.66%)低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)。结论:护理配合能提高腹腔镜下小儿疝气高位结扎手术患儿的护理效果,稳定病情,值得推崇。Objective:To study the effect of nursing care for children undergoing laparoscopic hernia ligation surgery.Method:A total of 90 cases of children with hernia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected.All of them underwent laparoscopic ligation,and were randomly divided into observation group(nursing cooperation)and control group(conventional nursing).Each group has 45 patients,the nursing effect between the two groups was compared after the study.Result:Compared with the control group,the observation group's ground activities,intestinal exhaust and hospitalization time were significantly shorter,and has lower VAS score(P<0.05).The observation group family satisfaction rate(97.77%)was higher than 84.44%of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group complications rate(6.66%)was lower than 22.22%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing cooperation can improve the nursing effect and stabilize the condition of children undergoing laparoscopic hernia high ligation,which is worthy of praise.
