针对腹膜透析置管患者开展PDCA循环管理对护理质量及并发症的影响效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究PDCA循环管理用于腹膜透析置管患者临床护理中对护理质量与并发症的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年12月于笔者所在医院开展腹膜透析置管的60例患者,以数字随机法将患者分为A、B两组,每组30例,A组开展常规护理管理,B组开展PDCA循环管理,对两组管理后护理质量与并发症发生情况进行对比分析。结果:管理后,B组各项护量质量评分均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,B组并发症发生率为3.33%,低于A组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腹膜透析置管患者护理管理中开展PDCA循环管理可有效提升护理质量,降低各类相关并发症的发生率,建议临床积极推广应用。Objective:To study the effect of PDCA circulation management on nursing quality and complications in the clinical nursing of peritoneal dialysis patients.Method:From January 2016 to December 2019,60 patients with peritoneal dialysis catheterization in our hospital were selected,the patients were divided into group A and group B by digital random method,with 30 patients in each group.Group A carried out routine nursing management,while group B carried out PDCA cycle management.The nursing quality and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed after management.Result:After management,the scores of each nursing quality in group B were all higher than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the complication rate in group B was 3.33%,lower than 20.00%in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA circulation management can effectively improve the quality of nursing and reduce the incidence of various related complications in the nursing management of patients with peritoneal dialysis catheterization.
