摘　　要：本文报告了2020年3月28日-4月28日本院收治的1例以双侧复杂性胫腓骨骨折伴髋关节后脱位为主的全身多发骨折患者的整体护理体会,护理重点包括:针对患者的护理评估得出患者目前存在的护理问题,提出相应的护理诊断、措施和目标,经过护理人员的精心护理,患者康复出院。This paper reported the holistic nursing experience of 1 case of systemic multiple fractures with bilateral complex tibiofibular fractures accompanied by posterior dislocation of hip joint,who was admitted to our hospital from March 28 to April 28,2020,nursing highlights include:the patient's current nursing problems were concluded based on the patient's nursing assessment,the corresponding nursing diagnosis,measures and the target were put forward.After the nursing staff's careful nursing,the patient rehabilitation discharged from hospital.
