消疥汤内服外洗联合硫黄软膏外用对疥疮患者皮损情况及疥疮复发率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨消疥汤内服外洗联合硫黄软膏外用对疥疮患者皮损及炎症因子的影响。方法:选择2016年5月-2019年7月笔者所在医院收治的疥疮患者121例,根据随机表法将其分为观察组(61例)和对照组(60例)。对照组采用硫黄软膏外用治疗,在对照组基础上,观察组采用消疥汤内服外洗治疗。治疗2个疗程后,比较两组临床疗效、皮损评分、临床症状消退时间、疥疮复发率。结果:治疗2个疗程后,观察组临床治疗总有效率为96.72%,高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05);观察组皮损评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组止痒起效时间、痊愈时间均早于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疥疮复发率(4.92%)低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消疥汤内服外洗联合硫黄软膏外用能有效提高疥疮治疗效果,减轻临床皮损状况,缩短止痒起效时间及痊愈时间,降低疥疮复发率。Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaojie Decoction Combined with Liuhuang Ointment on skin lesions and inflammatory factors in patients with scabies.Method:A total of 121 patients with scabies admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2019 were divided into observation group(61 cases)and control group(60 cases)according to random table method.The control group was treated with Liuhuang Ointment for external use.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Xiaojie Decoction.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy,skin lesion score,clinical symptom regression time and scabies recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Result:After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 96.72%,higher than 85.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the skin of skin lesions score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The onset time of antipruritic and recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of scabies in the observation group(4.92%)was earlier than 16.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaojie Decoction combined with Liuhuang Ointment can effectively improve the treatment effect of scabies,reduce the clinical skin lesions,shorten the effective time and recovery time,and reduce the recurrence rate of scabies.
