品管圈对于ICU提高人工气道气囊压力合格率的积极影响

摘　　要：目的:分析品管圈对于ICU提高人工气道气囊压力合格率的效果。方法:选择2018年1-12月、2019年1-12月分别为在人工气道气囊管理未实施、实施品管圈阶段,分别设为对照阶段、观察阶段,在两个阶段内随机选取人工气道气囊操作次数2500次,且随机选择ICU中护士各25例,设为对照组及观察组,分析两个阶段人工气道气囊管理问题发生情况、技术操作项目合格率及两组护士护理管理质量。结果:观察阶段各项人工气道气囊管理问题发生率及总发生率均低于对照阶段,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察阶段各项人工气道气囊技术操作项目合格率均高于对照阶段,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项护理管理质量评分及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用品管圈可提高ICU人工气道气囊压力管理的合格率。Objective:To analyze the positive influence of quality control circle on the improvement of qualified rate of artificial airway balloon pressure in ICU.Method:From January to December 2018,and from January to December 2019 were selected as the phases in which the artificial airway airbag management had not been implemented and the quality control circle had been implemented,set as control stage and observation stage respectively.During the two stages,2500 times of artificial airway balloon operations were randomly selected,and 25 nurses in ICU were randomly selected as the control group and the observation group.The occurrence of problems in the management of artificial airway balloon in two stages,the qualification rate of technical operation items and the nursing management quality of the two groups of nurses were analyzed.Result:The incidence and total incidence of various artificial airway balloon management problems in the observation stage were lower than those in the control stage,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualification rate of all operation items of artificial airway balloon technology in the observation stage were higher than those in the control stage,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of nursing management quality in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle has a certain positive effect on ICU to improve the qualified rate of artificial airway balloon pressure.
