摘 要:深部开采面临着复杂的地质构造、高地应力及高孔隙压力等严苛的条件,开采扰动导致瓦斯突出、矿井突水等灾害时有发生。煤岩内部裂隙结构演化导致的渗透率突增是引起上述灾害的一个关键因素。通过CT扫描获得了单轴压缩破坏后煤岩内部三维裂隙结构形态,通过Hessian矩阵图像处理手段提取并建立了裂隙三维数字模型。采用格子玻尔兹曼算法(LBM)分析了煤岩裂隙内气体渗流行为,由于裂隙结构的生成,煤岩渗透率达到1.2×10^-12m^2,上升了接近4个数量级。研究结果为定量分析开采扰动后煤岩内部气体渗流行为提供了一种有效的技术手段,为深部煤炭安全开采提供了理论基础。Deep mining is faced with complicated geological structure,high ground stress,high pore pressure and other severe conditions.Mining disturbance leads to gas outburst,mine water inrush and other disasters.The permeability surge caused by the evolution of fracture structure in coal is a key factor that causes the above disasters.The three-dimensional fracture structure morphology in coal after uniaxial compression failure was obtained by CT scanning,and a three-dimensional digital fracture model was extracted and established by Hessian matrix image processing method.The gas percolation behavior in coal fractures was analyzed by Lattice Boltzmann algorithm(LBM).Due to the formation of fracture structure,the permeability of coal reaches 1.2×10^-12 m^2,which increased by nearly 4 orders of magnitude.The research results provide an effective technical means for quantitative analysis of gas percolation behavior in coal after mining disturbance,and provide a theoretical basis for safe mining of deep coal.
