摘 要:为研究湿地环境下回填矸石粒径对金属或重金属元素溶出影响,以Al、Fe、Mg、Cr、Pb、Cu、Zn和Cd为典型金属和重金属,在恒温、恒pH和恒定固液比条件下,应用回归分析法探究矸石粒径与金属和重金属初始溶出浓度的关系,并据此提出溶出率计算模型。结果表明,粒径为0~8.0cm时,Al、Fe、Mg、Cr、Pb、Cu、Zn和Cd的初始溶出浓度随着粒径的增大显著变小;粒径>8.0cm时,各元素的初始溶出浓度随粒径变化不明显。拟合得到初始溶出浓度与粒径关系的幂指数特征方程,Al、Mg、Cr、Pb、Zn和Cd的拟合优度很好,相关性系数达90%及以上,Fe、Cu的拟合效果较差,相关性系数为56%。计算各粒径条件下Al、Fe、Mg、Cr、Pb、Cu、Zn和Cd的溶出率,粒径越小,Al、Fe、Mg、Cr、Pb、Cu、Zn和Cd的溶出率越大,当粒径在0~2.0cm时,Al、Fe、Mg、Cr、Pb、Cu、Zn和Cd的溶出率最大。In order to study the effect of backfill gangue particle size on the dissolution of metals or heavy metals in wetland environment,the relationship between the gangue particle size and the initial dissolution concentration of metals and heavy metals was studied by regression analysis under the conditions of constant temperature,constant pH and constant solid-liquid ratio.In this study,Al,Fe,Mg,Cr,Pb,Cu,Zn and Cd were selected as typical metals or heavy metals.Then,based on this,the caculated model of dissolution rate was proposed.The results show that the initial dissolution concentrations of Al,Fe,Mg,Cr,Pb,Cu,Zn and Cd decrease significantly with the increase of particle size in the size range of(0~8.0)cm.When the particle size is greater than 8.0 cm,the initial dissolution concentration of each element does not change significantly with the particle size.The power exponent characteristic equation of the relationship between the initial dissolution concentration and particle size was obtained.The fit goodness of Al,Mg,Cr,Pb,Zn and Cd was very good,and the correlation coefficient was≥90%.The fitting effect of Fe and Cu was poor,and their correlation coefficient was 56%.The dissolution rates of Al,Fe,Mg,Cr,Pb,Cu,Zn and Cd were calculated.It is concluded that the smaller the particle size,the larger the dissolution rates of above metals.When the particle size is 0~2.0 cm,their dissolution rates are the largest.
