摘  要:攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿中钛磁铁矿和钛铁矿的磨选性能不同,会产生钒钛磁铁矿选择性磨碎现象。针对原矿的一段磨选选择性磨矿性能进行实验室试验研究,揭示了钒钛磁铁矿中钛磁铁矿和钛铁矿的不同磨选性能,据此对一段磨矿进行了磨矿参数优化。与生产考查指标的对比结果表明,一段给矿粒度-0.074 mm含量较现场低5.94个百分点,而产率、品位和回收率则分别高出1.01,1.04,2.79个百分点,明显改善选铁指标;同时,作为选钛原料的选铁尾矿粒度也相对降低,尾矿中的-0.038 mm含量也降低了5.49个百分点,得到较大改善。The grinding and separating performance of titanomagnetite and ilmenite in vanadium-titanium magnetite ore in Panzhihua is different.And the selective grinding of vanadium-titanium magnetite ore would be occurred.The selective grinding performance in primary grinding process of raw ore was studied in laboratory.The different grinding properties of titanomagnetite and ilmenite in vanadium-titanium magnetite ore were revealed.Based on this,the grinding parameters of primary grinding were optimized.Compared with the production inspection index,the results show that the content of-0.074 mm in the first feed stage is 5.94 percentage points lower than that in the field,while the yield,grade and recovery rate are 1.01,1.04 and 2.79 percentage points higher respectively,which significantly improves the iron separation index.At the same time,the particle size of iron tailings as raw material for titanium separation is also relatively reduced,and the content of-0.038 mm in tailings is reduced by 5.49 percentage points,which is greatly improved.
