摘  要:针对低品位矿石原矿抛废预处理分选中人工操作效率低的情况,在湖南某原矿抛废选矿厂中,结合输送带、圆振动筛、X射线分选等设备和工艺流程,设计了基于西门子TIA-Portal的全集成自动化控制平台,对工艺流程进行全自动控制,同时对设备工况进行实时监控和报警。自动控制系统的运行结果表明,实现设备和工艺流程的全自动监控改变了传统人工操作的不安全因素,降低了抛废系统的能耗,原矿抛废系统运行稳定,为矿山企业创造了可观的效益。In view of the low efficiency of manual operation in the pretreatment and separation of low-grade raw ore,a fully integrated automatic control system based on Siemens TIA-Portal was designed for a waste discarding concentrator in Hunan Province.The system combines the equipment and process flow of conveyor belt,circular vibrating screen and X-ray separation,and can automatically control the process flow and realize real-time monitor and alarm for the working condition of the equipment.The operation results of the automatic control system show that the automatic monitoring of equipment and technological process has changed the unsafe factors of traditional manual operation,and has reduced the energy consumption of the waste discarding system,with a stable operation.The system can create considerable benefits for mining enterprises.
