中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗癌痛的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗癌痛的临床效果。方法 82例癌痛患者,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组,各41例。对照组使用三阶梯止痛法治疗,研究组使用中药穴位贴敷治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、卡氏评分法(KPS)评分及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组NRS评分(2.37±0.05)分、KPS评分(66.84±1.99)分均优于对照组的(3.68±0.19)、(62.57±1.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率4.88%低于对照组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在癌痛患者治疗中予以中药穴位贴敷,能够明显改善患者疼痛情况,最大限度避免不良反应的发生。Objective To study the clinical effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in adjuvant treatment of cancer pain. Methods A total of 82 patients with cancer pain were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with three-step analgesia, and the research group was treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine. The numerical rating scale(NRS) score, Karnofsky performance score(KPS) before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, NRS score(2.37±0.05) points and KPS score(66.84±1.99) points of the research group were better than(3.68±0.19) and(62.57±1.89) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions 4.88% of the research group was lower than 19.51% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can obviously improve the pain of cancer patients, and avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions to the greatest extent.
