摘　　要：城市管理工作涉及千家万户,事关群众的切身利益,是一项群众性很强的民生事业。城市管理面临的种种问题与挑战已今非昔比,群众需求的结构、层次、内容、形式等发生了很大变化,粗放式的城市管理方式已不适应新形势,这无疑对党的群众工作、城市工作提出了新要求。习近平总书记指出,城市管理应该像绣花一样精细。从以人民为中心、为人民服务的角度,探讨推进城市管理转型、提升精细化管理水平的方向。Urban management involves thousands of households,concerns the vital interests of the masses,and is a livelihood cause mainly mass-oriented.The various problems and challenges faced by urban management are not the same as before.Great changes have taken place in the structure,level,content and form of the masses'demands.The extensive urban management mode can no longer fit the new situation,which undoubtedly puts forward new requirements for the party's mass work and urban work.General Secretary Xi Jinping has remarked that urban management should be as fine as embroidery.This article attempts to explore the direction of promoting the transformation of urban management and improving the level of refined management from the perspective of centering around the people and serving the people.
